A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your spot, with the remaining balance due prior to the event date. Participation is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. A contract will be sent to your email upon registration.

A complete vendor list will be provided following the event. Please tag and credit all participating vendors when sharing images on social media, websites, blogs, or other platforms.

Photographer Collaboration

Attendees are welcome to direct the models during designated rotations. Please be respectful of fellow photographers, vendors, and scheduled shooting times.

Refund & Cancellation

All registrations are non-refundable due to vendor commitments and production expenses. Tickets may be transferred to another photographer with written approval.
